Join Stefan Anderson, Head of Conserve School, for a few hours of paddling.  Conserve School is opening up its canoe base on Big Bateau Lake so that club members can explore the 236 acres of Big Bateau Lake, the southern most lake in the Sylvania Wilderness Area.  Conserve School will supply canoes, paddlesand PDFs at no charge. Attendees are free to bring their own kayaks or canoes if they would prefer.

Attendees will be briefed on the Sylvania Wilderness Area rules and will be required to adhere to them.

Please bring: picnic lunch, shoes that can get wet, and an adventurous spirit. If you would like to fish, you need a Wisconsin or Michigan fishing license, artificial lures (no live bait), and barbless hooks.

There will be a grill available for those that would like warm food at the boat launch picnic area.

This event is free to Land O Lakes Fish & Game Club members and their guests.
