Information collected by the Land O' Lakes Fish & Game Club is stored in secure operating environments that are not available to the public. The Wild Apricot platform used by the Land O' Lakes Fish & Game Club provides encryption protocols when sending or receiving personal or financial information over the internet.

Collection, use and disclosure of personal information

The Land O' Lakes Fish & Game Club collects the minimum amount of personal information that it needs to serve its members. Generally this is limited to contact information.  When electronic payments are made, the Land O' Lakes Fish & Game Club does not retain credit card or similar financial information.

Giving consent for others

Personal data should not be provided by members about others without their consent. Examples of personal data that might be provided in this way include additional guests registered for events, comments identifying others in forum posts, and pictures of others contributed to forums.

Member provided content

The Land O' Lakes Fish & Game Club requires that all content uploaded by members adhere to commonly accepted standards of decency and mutual respect. The Club reserves the right to remove any member provided content at any time without notification to the provider.

Member provided photos

The Land O' Lakes Fish & Game Club reserves the right to reuse all photos uploaded to this website by members,  provided that use furthers the goals of the Club. Examples of this include using photos in news or newsletter articles, using the photos on social media, and using the photos in press releases.

Third-parties applications

The Land O' Lakes Fish & Game Club will never provide its membership list to other organizations with the exception of Conserve School in support of the many projects that the two organizations partner on.
